Details: If anyone can donate one the following items for our exhibit opening at Stuart’s Opera House in Nelsonville on Friday evening, March 29, please let us know right away by calling Cheryl at 740-394-3011. We would need the items dropped off at Stuart’s between 4-6PM. Cash donations to purchase pop, water or
4-6 homemade pies
2 Dozen Wrapped dessert bars or cookies that would sell for $1 each
3 dozen savory (non-sweet) muffins
4 dozen bottled water
3 cases (12) coke or pepsi
2 cases (12) diet coke or pepsi
2 cases (12) sprite and/or ginger ale
2 boxes saltines or other crackers to go with soup

Volunteer Project: Donation of supplies for various Little Cities Volunteer events
Details: The Little Cities Volunteer Network is always looking for help with the donation of supplies and materials for numerous and upcoming events in the Little Cities of Black Diamonds Microregion. Requests for materials will come from the host organaztions but addtional help with possible materials is appreciated by contacting the contact person.

Volunteer Project: Donation of supplies for Mine exhibit at the New Straitsville History Group Buidling
Details: The New Straitsville History Group is looking for donations of materials for the completion of it’s Mine exhibit at Dunkle Hall in New Straitsville, Ohio. The following materials are needed to complete the project.
8 ……….12 foot 2″ by 6″ boards
8 ……….4 foot by 8 foot 5/8 inch plywood
4 boxes of 8 penny nails
1 box of 10 penny nails
2 exterior doors ( can be used doors)
6 hinges and 2 locks deadbolt
10 hooks or hangers for tool hanging such as you would have in a garage.
3 gallons of black paint
2 gallon of grey paint
twinkle christmas lights c 7 or c9 size orange and yellow bulbs to simulate a fire
aluminum foil … several boxes to help with the simulation of the fire
light switch… basic on/ off
three outlets
